A lease for a term of five years is available for the property generally known as Pain Farm. The property is situated on the Martinborough Lake Ferry Road south of Martinborough and has an area of approximately 75.5369 hectares.
Note the following:
- A copy of the Lease and tender form can be downloaded here or may be obtained from the South Wairarapa District Council offices at Martinborough during business hours.
- The Lease commences on 1 June 2012.
- The tenders close on 14th May 2012, no later than 4pm.
