The three Wairarapa District Councils (Masterton, Carterton and
Decisions on the Proposed Combined District Plan are now available
for inspection and appeal. The decision reports are based on the Chapter topics
in the Combined District Plan.
The District Plan Text (Volume 1) and Planning Maps (Volume 2) have been amended to reflect the decisions.

Hard copies of the District Plan are available for viewing at the
Council offices and public libraries.
Two versions of District Plan Text (Volume 1) have been prepared
to show the decision amendments. Version 1 shows the amendments by decisions to
the text as tracked changes (additions to text are shown as underlined (abcdefghijkl)
and deletions are shown as struck through (abcdefghijkl). Version 2
shows the District Plan text as amended by decisions if the provisions become
operative without further change.
Any person who has made a submission has the right to appeal the
decision on the proposal to the
